Feature Name: Batch Transaction

Description: The proposed Batch amendment to the XRP Ledger (XRPL) protocol allows multiple transactions to be packaged together and executed as a single unit. It's like laying the foundation, building the walls, and raising the roof all in one single secure step, leveraging the existing strengths of the XRP Ledger. If you're unable to afford the roof, you won't even bother laying the foundation.
