If you've been watching the space, Hermes Agent probably needs no introduction. For everyone else, this is the open source agentic system that's be...

Haaaaah was about to get late on the deadline but submitted 1 or two minutes early but anyways please check out my post; dev.to/njericodecraft/ihua-buildin...
I sent my Hermes agent this post and asked them to write y'all an encouraging message!
This is amazing ๐ฎ
hi
Focusing on a workflow I actually use instead of trying to make a generic โAI assistant.โ Curious to see what kinds of weird automations people come up with
Hermes got me thinking less about โAI chatโ and more about what happens when agents start doing repeated operational work. Curious what directions others explored for the challenge. Just submitted mine inspired by it.
This one is going to be really great!
Just submitted my entry โ a Vedic philosophy lens on Hermes Agent's learning loop. Would love feedback from the community!

This challenge was actually my first real experience using Hermes Agent.
Ended up asking it to interview me and generate my SOUL.md based on how I work, communicate, and make decisions.
Wrote about the whole experience here:

love this, definitely joining in ๐
I have submitted my entry, Build will Hermes Agent, check the link to view the magic link:

This sounds awesome. I haven't had the chance to dive into Hermes Agent yet, but an open-source framework with built-in memory and a learning loop is exactly what the agent space needs right now. Definitely going to use this hackathon as a reason to jump in and build something. Thanks for setting this up!
I wrote a short DEV post about how I use Hermes Agent to manage 10+ agents without losing track.

What is the smallest version of this you would try?
Thanks! For large inputs I've found that splitting the text into chunks helps a lot โ especially on 8B models with 16GB RAM. Also Qwen 2.5 handles longer contexts better than Llama on consumer hardware in my experience. What model are you running?
Great article sir! I liked your perspective on developers becoming directors of AI systems. Very insightful and interesting read.
Hi there Morsheded here
I just published my work with hermes agent here,
dev.to/morsheded/i-shipped-a-multi...
Please have a look and share your opinion about my workflow.
Been running Hermes daily since March for automated testing โ it's genuinely different from other agent frameworks I've tried. The built-in planning layer (decomposing a task before executing) and memory system (sqlitemem with entity linking and semantic search) are the two things that hooked me. Most frameworks generate code and hope it works; Hermes actually plans first, then executes.
The "$1,000 in prizes" part is just a bonus โ the real win is the community figuring out what this thing can do. Already seeing people build research pipelines, contract analyzers, and deploy assistants with it. Curious what the challenge submissions will look like on the writing side โ are you expecting more technical deep-dives or creative use-cases?
Thanks for thr opportunity ๐

do we need a team necessarily to take part of the contest if yes how do I find them ?
Cool
Hi
Hey Sup!
Let's go
The the agent orchestration approach is a good catch. Would you take the same approach if you were starting over today?
Great stuff โ followed for more! ๐

hi
seems really wonderful
