local-first is the right call for anything resume-adjacent. privacy violation risk isn’t worth the ux convenience
Absolutely! Thanks for reading and taking the time to comment, Mykola! ❤️
exactly right — once you frame it as 'who holds this data after save,' local-first becomes the only honest answer for anything career-adjacent.
Using the on-device E2B model to push "local-first" and privacy to the absolute limit represents true personal data sovereignty. Fresh graduates don't need expensive GPUs; achieving high determinism and low-latency bidirectional analysis on standard hardware with just a few gigabytes of RAM is impressive. This mindset—solving real engineering pain points within strict constraints—is what truly makes a project invaluable.
thanks for reading and leaving such a thoughtful comment, Andy. ❤️ When I first ran the models and realized the hardware just wasn't powerful enough, I knew others would face the exact same hurdle. everyone deserves fair access to these tools, especially when they're just starting out, and that is exactly what kept me motivated to finish this project!
A real problem with a perfect solution! Privacy should really be something that isn't secondary but primary! I like how you used LLMs for this one! 🔥
absolutely, this was my goal! I'm glad its reaching the right audience! ♥️
To find someone who is willing to solve such a great concern is intriguing. Impressive work buddy.
